Final payment is due upon substantial completion of work

Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage, late fees, collection efforts, or legal action as permitted by law.

4. Scheduling and Delays

Project schedules are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, inspections, labor availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

TruePeak Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control and shall not be liable for related damages.

5. Warranties

Warranties, if any, are provided in writing and are limited to the terms expressly stated in your contract.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not TruePeak Roofing

Labor warranties, if offered, do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of God, third-party work, or structural issues
